I am head of Corporate Advisory and M&A practices and also head of On-Going Services business unit.
I have a proven track record of 20 years in advising clients especially in demanding, large scale contracts and negotiations as well as M&A. I have also extensive experience in the field of ICT and broad understanding of different areas of business law. I am experienced in commercialization and productization of services.
Before joining Lexia I worked as a legal and commercial director for Fujitsu Services Oy. My experience as a member of the management group there gave me in-depth knowledge in ICT and service business. Prior to that I worked as a Corporate Counsel for Trading House Hansel.
I am known as a business minded lawyer and an excellent negotiator.
