Lexia advised Finnair on a full ICT outsourcing transaction with IBM on Cloud and Services to drive Finnair’s digital transformation.
Lexia advised Finnair in its tender process of a prime ‘Guardian’ service provider for IT Services. Lexia supported Finnair in close co-operation with McDermott Will & Emery LLP. During the 9-month planning and negotiation process, Lexia had an active role in planning of the tendering process, the term sheet negotiations and the service provider down selection process as well as the creation and negotiation of the in the Master Outsourcing Services Agreement and its schedules. 15
The deal signed with IBM includes a vast portion of the Finnair IT Services spend and will be implemented in accordance with a detailed transition and transformation plan.
