We helped LocalTapiola to outsource its ICT services – Tieto and LocalTapiola will expand their collaboration
LocalTapiola, a mutual insurance company and Tieto, a software and service company, have agreed to extend and expand their collaboration to develop LocalTapiola’s infrastructure environment and digital services. LocalTapiola and Tieto are improving LocalTapiola’s customer experience and automating business processes. The agreement aims to realise cost-efficiency in service provision and system modernisation. The agreement will run until 2020. Lexia acted as LocalTapiola’s legal adviser during the contract negotiations.
