Lexia assisted Kvarn Investment Services Oy with their investment firm license

Kvarn enters the investment services market – Lexia advised Kvarn Investment Services Oy in the process of applying for investment firm license.

Kvarn Investment Services Oy received its FIN-FSA approved investment firm (MiFID II) license on February 17^th, 2025. The company will kickstart its business during the second quarter of the year through its next-generation investment platform, Kvarn X.

Lexia advised Kvarn Investment Services in the process of successfully applying for the investment firm license with the FIN-FSA. Going forward, the company and Lexia will continue their journey together, as Lexia will act as Kvarn Investment Services’ outsourced Compliance function providing Compliance services on an ongoing basis. The Compliance service includes all regulatory elements of a compliance function, including an assigned Compliance Officer.
