I am a member of the construction, housing and environment team and the dispute resolution team. Additionally, I head Lexia’s Turku office. I have broad experience in dispute resolution cases with the main focus being on construction and housing law. I have been a trustee in numerous bankruptcy estates and an administrator in corporate restructurings.
My premise in handling assignments is always meticulous familiarization with the assignment. My goal is the best overall outcome for the customer, which most often is achieved by focusing on the goals that are most important to the client. In dispute cases I aim to give the client a realistic assessment of the possibilities for success and to determine also the possibilities for an amicable resolution in the case.
Naturally, the best added value is achieved when the possible risks related to the client’s business are indentified beforehand. This is always way to avoid conflicts. In fact, I encourage my clients to keep a low threshold for contact.
