I head Lexia’s insolvency and turnaround practice. I have decades of experience in administering bankruptcy estates and corporate restructuring, also as a representative of creditors. My work includes overseeing recovery actions and other estate-related claims.
In addition to insolvency law, I also have a command of turnaround arrangements that are designed to help our customers navigate through financial difficulties, continue their business operations and remain competitive. I have a solid background in corporate voluntary reorganizations and negotiations between different parties, particularly in terms of the restructuring of financing, collateral and agreement terms.
I am also well versed in real estate law, particularly in contract disputes and, e.g., housing company infill projects, and in chairing general meetings.
In estate administration, as in other duties, I pursue solutions while paying attention to the overall picture and expenses.
I am always glad to share my expertise through training and lecturing opportunities whenever they arise.
