The best legal advice must genuinely serve the objectives of the business. This requires an in-depth understanding of not only the legal context but also the client’s business, industry and intentions. I always operate on these principles when assisting our clients.
I assist our clients in legal issues including investment services, investment funds, alternative funds, crowdfunding, payment services and virtual currency, as well as in authorisation and registration processes. I additionally assist in questions related to preventing money laundering, countering terrorist financing and sanctions issues. Furthermore, I am a part of our team producing continuous compliance services for our clients.
