I work as an Attorney in the employment law team in the Helsinki office. I assist our clients extensively in all matters related to the employment life cycle. My special areas of expertise are workplace privacy and collective agreements.
From my previous career I have more than ten years of experience assisting and advising clients on all kinds of employment law issues, especially in the field of commerce, travel and restaurant industries. I also have experience in labour market advocacy and interpreting of collective agreements. In recent years, I have specialized in the field of data protection in working life. I am a Master of Law, trained on the bench, at the District Court of Tuusula. I also have employment law publications.
I consider my strength to be the ability to provide practical advice and support clients, without using too difficult legal language. I make sure that the instructions and recommendations I give are understandable and help the client avoid unnecessary disputes.
