I work from the Turku office on various employment law assignments. I want to give practical advice that is applicable to the client’s business and personnel policy. I especially help with the most difficult situations in the organizations, such as the planning and implementation of workforce reduction and change negotiations.
I am also actively involved in the activities of entrepreneurs, e.g. Yrittäjä.io. I want to support entrepreneurs, because I know that in the role of entrepreneur and employer, anticipating changes and new situations is challenging. I think it is important that the company is able to detect potential risks in advance and interact with its personnel, as well as to act “by the book” in the event of problematic situations.
