I am the head of Lexia’s dispute resolution team. Dispute resolution is, in my view, most successful when you take notice of things at the earliest possible moment, beforehand and planned. Dispute resolution that truly benefits the client is done with advice in all different stages of business and projects, before any disagreement arises, for example when submitting or receiving offers to the contract negotiations and the actual project execution.
I have worked in an attorney’s office since 1998 and have over 15 years of experience of domestic and international litigation and arbitration. I have handled dispute resolution assignments especially in the following areas of business:
- project deliveries in the engineering and energy sector in Finland and abroad
- IT –system deliveries
- building projects
- Cross-Border litigation (e.g. related to different delivery projects within the EU and outside thereof)
