I work at Lexia as a Senior Associate, specializing in corporate advisory and contract law, while also handling dispute resolution matters. My particular area of expertise is public procurement, which I have studied in depth, especially from the perspective of suppliers and in relation to appeal processes. In addition, I frequently deal with various special legal topics, such as sanctions-related issues and matters concerning anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF). Public procurement assignments are of particular importance to me, and I support clients in successfully navigating procurement procedures while safeguarding the realization of their rights.
I serve as the client lead for several of our continuous service clients. In this role, I take comprehensive and client-oriented responsibility for their legal matters, delving into each company’s business and its specific needs. My broad experience in the legal field and completion of the Finnish Bar Examination provide a solid foundation for advising clients on legally significant issues that impact their business.
Additionally, I act as an emerging leader in Lexia’s international collaboration network, Meritas. Through this network, I have gained valuable experience in cross-border cooperation and built an extensive international contact base, which enables me to support our clients in a global operating environment.
