My background includes expertise in Intellectual Property issues, demanding Contract Law and Finance law where I have over 15 years of experience. I have a diverse client base of growth companies, listed and private companies, entrepreneurs, professionals, investors and executives.
I have acted as an arbitrator in the field of my practice areas, participated as a member of many Boards of Directors and additionally I lecture on law regularly. I enjoy also working with many growth companies in relation to the financing, commercialization and internationalization.
I believe in constant professional cultivation and I develop a multidisciplinary perspective on business and law. I have joined numerous executive programs in areas of strategy, leadership, finance and marketing both in Finland and abroad.
