My goal is always to minimize the dispute’s impacts on the business, customer relations, the work environment, and on one’s personal life.
I also work a lot on coordinating and developing our client relationships and I look for the most suitable expert among our specialists to meet the needs of our Continuous Service clients. Managing client relationships and communicating with clients brings a lot of new perspective to my work as well as an understanding of companies’ needs.
