I advise clients particularly in corporate and commercial disputes, as well as matters related to corporate and environmental criminal liability. I have acted as counsel in general courts, assisted in arbitration proceedings, and acted as a secretary to an arbitral tribunal. I also assist clients in enforcement proceedings of international judgments and arbitral awards. I have specific experience in disputes relating to shareholders’ agreements and share redemptions, as well as various compliance issues relating to corporate and securities market law.
My goal is to provide clients with comprehensive and solution-oriented services that address their diverse needs. I have acted as counsel in mediations and settlement negotiations and have previously worked on corporate restructuring and taxation matters. In my advisory work, I strive to thoroughly consider the various nuances of a company’s business operations – from negotiation to enforcement of judgments or settlements.
I am currently undergoing judicial training at the District Court of Eastern Uusimaa.
